Waiver & Consent
1. Parent Attendance and Drop-Off
For ages 2–5, a parent or legal guardian must remain on site and accompany the child in the activity area for the entire session.For ages 6–10, drop-off is permitted; however, the parent/guardian must remain reachable by phone for the full duration of the session, and be able to return promptly if requested.
2. Health, Allergies, and Special Needs
I agree to inform The Craft Party about any allergies, health conditions or needs of my child that may affect participation.3. Acknowledgement of Risks
I understand that The Craft Party's activities involve arts and crafts and sensory play, which may include use of scissors, cords, beads, glue, paint, and other craft tools. I acknowledge inherent risks such as:- Minor cuts, scrapes, splinters, or burns
- Slips, trips, or falls
- Contact with materials that may cause irritation or allergic reactions
- Emotional upset or frustration in a group setting
4. Behavior and Removal Policy
If a child's behavior is unsafe or persistently disruptive, The Craft Party may request parent/guardian assistance or arrange pickup. No refunds will be provided if a child must leave early due to behavior or non-disclosure of significant needs.5. Illness and Cancellation
Children who are ill must not attend. Unless otherwise stated in writing, no refunds are provided for no-shows or same-day cancellations.6. Emergency Medical Authorization
If my child is injured or becomes ill and I cannot be reached, I authorize The Craft Party to obtain reasonable emergency medical assistance. I agree any associated medical costs are my responsibility.7. Release and Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree not to hold The Craft Party (Play N Party Inc.), its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, or event partners liable for minor injuries or damages arising from ordinary risks, except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.10. Venue Rules
Families must follow all rules of the third-party venue. The Craft Party will not be responsible for issues resulting from failure to follow venue rules.11. Acknowledgement

The Craft Party may photograph or film during the event for internal documentation and external marketing.

Venue Waiver
All attendees are required to sign the playground's own waiver before entering the venue. This is a venue safety requirement and is separate from The Craft Party's waiver above. The Craft Party is not liable for any issues arising from failure to comply with venue rules or incomplete signing of the venue waiver.
